A RAVE Review is an unsolicited acknowledgement of an HSD employee who has demonstrated excellence in their role. Submissions highlight accomplishments that exceed general job expectations.

Who Can Be Recognized?

Any HSD employee — teachers, aides, administrators, support staff, custodians, drivers — who goes above and beyond for students, families, fellow staff, or the community.

What Happens After?

After Superintendent approval, the recipient receives an official RAVE Review Certificate via email and can download it anytime from the employee portal.
