I am submitting feedback regarding a Helendale School District staff member or District-related service.
My submission is based on my own experience or information I reasonably believe to be accurate. I will distinguish opinions from factual allegations and will not knowingly submit false, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content.
I will not disclose confidential student records, personally identifying information about students, private personnel information, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
